Team Fashion Camp is a fashion camp for students ages 8 to 17 in Los Angeles. We aim to inspire future designers by introducing them to the basics of fashion design and exposing them to other fashion career choices --. fashion stylist, costumer, fashion publicist, or fashion buyer. Teaching them sketching, illustrating, branding, marketing, construction, and draping, all in a fun, creative atmosphere by industry veterans.


Team Fashion Camp Policies 2018


  • Behavior Policy: Our Camp Behavior and Discipline Policy encourages positive behavior that allows for a safe environment for all students, free from verbal and physical abuse and harassment. Any student who knowingly or intentionally behaves in a way that could cause harm to themselves or to other students, damage public or private property will be removed from camp and asked not to come back.


  • RELEASE AND Liability WAIVER: As the parent or legal guardian of the above child, who is a minor child under the age of eighteen (18) (hereinafter “my Child”), and in exchange for the benefits to be derived by my Child’s participation in this Activity, Team Fashion Camp, I hereby agree, on behalf of myself and my child, to the following:


  • I hereby grant my permission for my Child to participate in the Activity. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards connected with my Child’s participation in the Activity, and hereby elect to allow my Child to voluntarily participate in the Activity, knowing that the Activity may be hazardous to my Child or to his or her property. On behalf of myself and my Child, I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS OF LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, that may be sustained by my Child, or any loss or damage to property owned by myself or my Child, as a result of my Child being engaged in the Activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE ORGANIZATION OR ITS VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS, or otherwise.


  • On behalf of myself and my Child, as well as our respective estates, heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Team Fashion Camp, (hereinafter “RELEASEES”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by me, or my Child, to any property belonging to me or my Child, while participating in the Activity. It is my express intent that this Release and Hold Harmless Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) shall be deemed as a RELEASE, WAIVER, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the above-named RELEASEES. I hereby further agree that this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.





I, ___________________________(Parent/Guardian), grant permission for my child,__________________(Child’s name), to participate in this camp-sponsored event that requires walking to the Third Street Promenade. This activity will take place under the guidance and direction of school employees and/or volunteers from Team Fashion Camp.



  • HEALTH CARE AUTHORIZATION: Medical Insurance & Policy Number needed for all campers. The undersigned hereby authorizes Team Fashion Camp to perform any acts which may be necessary or proper to provide emergency health care of any student in the event that the parent/guardian and/or emergency contact cannot be reached, including consent to and authorization of medical procedures by qualified, licensed physicians, dentists, hospital or other emergency medical personnel, as they, in the exercise of their profession and in their sole discretion, may deem necessary. The undersigned understands that (s)he is responsible for all costs and expenses of such medical treatment.


  • Photo Release: I grant the school permission to make video, film, photographs and any other images of me or my child’s involvement in team fashion camp activities for promotional purposes without compensation to me or my child. Pictures can be used but limited to, our web site, Facebook, marketing, etc.


  • Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only given in the event that classes are cancelled by the camp or if you notify the camp that you will be not be attending 12 weeks prior to your session- less a $100 processing fee. We do not prorate for weeks missed or days when weather does not permit programs to run. Refunds will not be given if you cannot attend the camp courses. Refunds will not be given if your child is removed from the class for not following the behavior policy.  A minimum of 15 students must enroll for each course. If a course does not have the minimum enrollment, the course will be cancelled and a full refund issued to customer.  If a customer needs to cancel 4 weeks prior to the class start date, he or she will receive a partial refund (1/2 of the course amount.) No refunds for any cancellations less than 4 weeks before class start date. All classes must be paid in full at time of registration


  • Enrollment Policy: Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. Students must be enrolled in class before they can attend. There are no "tryouts" or "drop-ins" available.
